Heather has close to 20 years of recruiting experience and has placed candidates into roles ranging from Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Medical Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, Board Member, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Marketing Officer to General Counsel.  Clients range from start-up, serving private equity and venture capital firms, to large public companies within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries. Heather also spent time consulting for Third Rock Ventures, a life science venture capital firm, leading board of director recruitment efforts for their portfolio companies.

Prior to recruiting for life science companies, Heather worked at Ross & Company, a boutique retained search firm specializing in C-level, Board of Director and functional VP level searches for the medical informatics, health information, health data analytics, and healthcare services industries.

Heather is motivated by working with clients, pioneering ground breaking science. She is passionate about helping them grow and succeed by hiring extrodinary leaders, so their science reaches patients in need.  Before Heather began her career in executive search, she worked as an Occupational Therapist at Spaulding Rehabilitation, on the neurologic, traumatic brain injury and pediatric units.

Heather is a member of the Healthcare Business Womens's Association, WEST (Women in the Enterprise of Science and Technology) and Boston Women in Bio. Heather received a B.S. in Psychology from St. Lawrence University and a Master’s in Science from Tufts University. When she is not working Heather enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 boys. They love the outdoors, skiing, hiking, scuba diving and traveling together.
