Lessons learned throughout the years have netted an understanding for the importance of process and diligence in executing searches and balancing urgency.  The intangibles and nuances inherent in working with companies and executives through change is what excites and motivates us.  Our own life experiences and the chapters we’ve been through give us the ability to delve into motivation, timing, skills and solving the search.
